The flood

In certain cultures ritual tattoo's are meant to avoid disaster.
If that doesn't work out well, the sheperds of that culture will tell the sheep that the tattoo's weren't meant for that certain disaster.

I admit I myself posed in front of the mirror to create this painting. My purpose was to depict myself with a very long nose. But then I noticed I didn't need to exaggerate it much to get that effect.
There must be a bit of Pinocchio DNA in me.
